FRS Equity Strategies Email Marketing Special
FRS Equity Strategies hired Matrix Animation to create an email marketing blast to be sent out to their customers regarding their winter specials. The email was used for two different course listings they offered. It included both an html email and a link to an html file hosted on their servers.

iLinc Marketing Animations
iLinc hired Matrix Animation to create two flash animations that would be the focal points of their booth at the Smartforce Conference in October. With both animations, the objective will be to add eye-catching features like embedded video and audio to catch and keep the attention of the audience at the conference.

Genesis Background Screening
Genesis hired Matrix Animation to build a 46-page informational website that emphasized their specific services to the public. Also included in the site would be information on their partnership program, and the ability for people and companies to join online. A key aspect of the site was to be search engine optimization. The site will be built over multiple phases; the first phase has been completed and included 18 pages.

Establishing Operations Inc.
Establishing Operations has hired Matrix Animation to develop an e-commerce website that maintains the site’s current look, while alleviating its problems. . The old site used Network Solutions shopping cart service, which was costly and inefficient. Matrix Animation was able to offer better services at half the cost. The new site will allow them to have better control over adding new pages and products in the future, better technical support and easier maintenance.

OutSource Data Bank
Bob at Out Source Data Bank hired Matrix Animation to create a marketing website to help promote their new technology and service to the general public. The site is targeted towards middle-aged Americans, interested in an extra income. The site is designed to help prospective members learn about, and join the program.

A.T.’S Electric (Web Writer Subcontract)
Matrix Animation was subcontracted to redesign A.T. Electric’s old site, which had originally been designed by Yellow Pages. The old site was a simple template site which did not give them the online marketing presence they wanted. The new site will be designed to attract new customers, and will divide their services into three sections so customers can be easily directed to their desired information.

iLinc Marketing Animation
iLinc hired Matrix Animation to build a marketing animation in flash, that would be placed off theirhome page. The animation was designed to showcase a feature of their online communication software called the Green Meter. The green meter calculates the savings in fuel and time to the attendees of the online meeting versus a face-to-face meeting. They also hired us to set up their online video testimonials in flash.
 



Highlands at Canyon Ridge (Web Writer Subcontract)
Matrix Animation was subcontracted to design and build a website for Highlands at Canyon Ridge; an enclave of luxury homes in the Town of Cave Creek. The website was designed to have a luxury look with a feeling of desert life, similar to the design of the community. The site included an interactive map of the lots, as well as flash photo montage.

Arizona Craft Brewery Guild (Web Writer Subcontract)
Matrix Animation was subcontracted to redesign and build The Arizona Craft Brewery Guild’s current website. The guild wanted to take their site to the next level by using flash and 3D elements to give their users a more attractive site. The site is a marketing portal for all the members of the guild to help promote their pubs and the variety of beers that they brew.

Jane Mineo Interiors
This local interior designer contacted Matrix Animation to design and develop a new website for her new interior design company. She was looking for an attractive website that would appeal to potential customers on the internet. The site was to focus on her design style and to include a products section where some of her favorite items could be purchased.

Sonja Cotton Marketing Email
Sonja Cotton hired Matrix Animation to create a marketing email to send out to their mailing list. This email would advertise their new programs and options that they have available for their recruits. The email was to be delivered through the MaxHire email application service.
 



Square Foot Magazine
Square Foot Magazine is a Commercial informational magazine in Phoenix, Arizona that hired Matrix Animation to design and build their new online website. The website was designed to be a portal and informational site for the magazine’s clients and advertisers. The home page was to include RSS feeds so the content would be updated each time their brokers came to the site. The site also included information for advertisers, and focused on the current issue of the magazine. This focus included the cover page, cover story and the big deals for the month. The site included a broker database which stored their registered brokers and gave them the ability to submit transactions online to be added into the magazine.

Jana Bommersbach (Web Writer Subcontract)
Matrix Animation was hired to come up with a new design for Jana Bommersbach’s website. Jana is an acclaimed journalist in Arizona, about to release a new book, and she wanted to create a new look for her site that would create a buzz before its release Matrix Animation designed and converted her old site to the new look as a subcontractor.

Rio Tierra (Web Writer Subcontract)
Rio Tierra Casitas is a bed and breakfast outside Wickenburg, Arizona that subcontracted with Matrix Animation to design and develop their website. They wanted a website that showcased the rustic feel of their property and casitas.

Pat McGillicuddy Law Firm
Pat McGillicuddy, a referral from Sonja Cotton, has hired Matrix Animation to create a website for his law firm. He wanted a professional looking website that used the Arizona State University colors. The site was designed to be a small, informational website that could grow as his firm grew. At this time, the mockup has been developed but we are on hold waiting for content.
 



Global Travel (Web Writer Subcontract)
Matrix Animation was subcontracted to produce a one-page mock-up of Global Travel’s new site. They wanted their site to showcase the fun and adventure people will have when they book their travels with them. They also wanted to include some small flash animations on the site, including an animation with their logo. The mockup was created and approved, and Matrix Animation is now just waiting to begin building the rest of the site.

Rich Baxter (Web Writer Subcontract)
Matrix Animation was subcontracted to redesign a website for Rich Baxter, a high-end luxury realtor in Scottsdale and Carefree. With the shaky housing market, he wanted to redesign his site to help him stand out against his competitors. Matrix Animation came up with the new look, and made sure the code was SEO friendly, so he did not lose his search engine ranking.

Arizona League of Conservation Voters (Web Writer Subcontract)
Matrix Animation was subcontracted to design a new site for the AZLCV. The project entailed updating their old site, modifying some back-end code issues, and brightening the site’s look by using the color palette from their logo. The AZLCV wanted an outdoorsy feel, and a clean, easy-to-navigate site. After the design was completed, Matrix Animation was also hired to build the site and handle its maintenance.

URADSDEPOT
URADSDEPOT has hired Matrix Animation to code and design an online classifieds application for users to post items to sell online by state. Also included in the application will be the ability for advertisers to buy advertisment space on all the pages of the site.
 



Sonja Cotton & Associates
Sonja Cotton & Associates contracted with Matrix Animation to make some drastic changes to their existing site. This included new pages for job seeker information, linking the site to their job portal and setting up their new online application and referral forms. They have also hired us to handle all maintenance and update issues for their site going forward.

WillNation
WillNation is a website designed to allow users the opportunity to obtain a lawyer certified will and/or other legal documents. WillNation has contracted with Matrix Animation to do the initial site design and building of the basic company site. A backend application is being developed to automate the Will Creation. In the interim an online form will be used to accept the users data for Will Creation and submittal.

Koda Creative: 2 Flash Projects
Matrix Animation was hired to create two flash animations for two separate projects that Koda Creative was working on. The first was a flash banner that included photos for the Night Rider Jewelry website. The second was the creation of flash interactive navigation on the Automated Environments website. This included the main interface on the home page and all sub-directory pages.

Millenium Development Goals Summit
(Web Writer Subcontract)
We were subcontracted to come up with a professional design for the Millenium Development Summit, being held in Phoenix, AZ, during the month of May. After the design was approved we were tasked to built out the site and get it live as soon as possible for the quick approching conference date. In the coming months we will also be updating the information on accommodations for the attendees.

Mohr Homes is a high end realtor company located in North Scottsdale, Carefree and Cave Creek. We were hired to update and redesign their existing site. This included making it SEO friendly to give them the best SEO rating possible.

We were hired by Web Writer to create a new look and feel for a Carefree, Arizona realtor's website. After the design was approved we were hired to rebuild the site using the new look and to ensure the site was coded for the best SEO rating possible.

Creative Ops has hired Matrix Animation as a subcontractor, on an open ended contract, to help build and design flash animations, banners and applications for some of their client websites.
 



Southwest Debt Exchange
Southwest Debt Exchange contracted Matrix Animation to design a simple website that will help promote their online business. In the future we will also be developing some dynamic applications that increase the profits from online sources.

West Coast Middle School Hoop Report
West Coast Hoop Report has contracted Matrix Animation to design and develop a new website to promote basketball players in middle school across the western United States. The site will include player profiles, daily articles about future events and player news, notices and information about the top basketball events happening across the nation, and links to additional services for middle school basketball players.
 



Establishing Operations
Establishing Operations chose Matrix Animation to convert their existing web site to their new e-commerce site using Network Solutions Pro-E Commerce solution. The new e-commerce site is now complete with a fully functioning shopping cart. Future work for Establishing Operations will include setting up their online workshops and future maintenance to the existing site.

Countrywide Mortgage
Our first project went so well with Countrywide that they contracted Matrix Animation for an additional project. This new project includes some complicated try-its for their next course. One of the tasks for this contract was to provide the user the ability to create new spreadsheets that track the mortgage payments on screen as on the pages in the training.
 



Fitness Plus Magazine
The new Fitness Plus Magazine website went Live today. The site has a new energetic and hip look with the ability to view the new January Magazine online. Users can now sign up to be notified when the new monthly magazine is posted online, and, if they are feeling lucky they can sign up for a monthly drawing to win special prices.
